When HTC tablet rumors first started up it was being rumored to be the first Google Chrome OS tablet, those ideas have gone out the window. The sources close to the situation are now leaking info that tablet is coming with a copy of Android 3.0 OS(the first Android OS designed for tablets). The sources are also detailing the tablet will be released sometime in Q1 of 2011 and that Pegatron Technology has inked a deal with HTC to manufacture the device. Below are the features being reported for the tablet by the sources.

- Nvidia Tegra 2 SoC will let the HTC tablet play up to 1080p HD video
- An unknown sized 1280 x 720 multi-touch display
- 2GB of RAM built-in
- 32GB of built-in storage
- Wi-Fi, Bluetooth connectivity and GPS built-in
- Pricing will be around $789
